Honestly, I can talk about the performance of the pump itself, as I haven't had a chance to install it yet. If it is anything like the product that I am replacing - the exact same pump - then I expect I will get many years of service out of it. The current one has lasted 15 years.
The service from Canada Hot Tub Parts was excellent, however. The pump was sent quickly, and arrived sooner than I expected, in great shape. Thanks, folks! Can't wait to get the hot tub up and running again!

Pump was replaced and working perfectly. Delivery was fast. Very knowledgeable staff.
The far bolt was worn so I had to cut it. I then used a toggle prepositioned in the new pump which dropped into the hole as I squeezed the pump in place. Look at the diagram on the pump for the correct wiring. I used an Oil filter wrench to loosen the water pipes. Probably a good idea to order new O ring seals. Very happy with the pump although delivery was a little slow.

Only issue was the bracket was bent to affix motor. Was an easy enough adjustment.
This pump was $200 more everywhere else I looked.
