Canada Hot Tub Parts is an authorized Balboa online dealer for all Balboa parts. The CMS activation code for the wifi system is provided for the ControlMySpa purchased from Canada Hot Tub Parts. The activation codes can only be provided by Canada Hot Tub Parts and can not be obtained from Balboa. They can only be obtained from the authorized dealer and are serial number specific.

Recently installed this device on my refurbished 12 year old tub. I had install issues with set-up but, i believe its because Balboa was slow to set up my account so the modems could talk to each other. The system is now working great
I no longer have to go outside to turn up the heat on the tub. It's all done from the comfort of my house.
