Cal Rise by SpaBoss is an effective way to increase the Calcium hardness of your hot tub and spas water. The ideal hardness range for most hot tubs is a level between 140-275 ppm. Cal Rise is pH neutral and should be diluted before adding into the hot tub. High calcium hardness promotes scale formulation and low calcium hardness promotes suds and foaming of hot tub water.
