Orders placed before 12pm EST normally ship same day for items that are in stock at our facility. Generally most orders ship out within 48 hours during business days which is Monday-Friday. Some items ship supplier direct from warehouses in Ontario, Alberta and BC. If your item is not in stock or sold out we will contact you to either substitute another item or you can cancel your order for a full refund. Once your order is packaged a tracking number is generated and emailed to you at the email that you have registered with. Please note that it can take up to 48 Hours for the shipping companies to update online tracking. Please don't be concerned if your entire order is not delivered together. Your merchandise may arrive in multiple cartons, and sometimes on different days. It all depends on a number of factors, so please read below before contacting us:

Hot Tub Covers do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING due to the size and nature of this product. All Hot Tub Cover orders are charged a $40 FLAT RATE SHIPPING charge. If you would like to cancel due to these freight charges you are able to cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. Newfoundland, Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories and certain postal codes do not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping. If a hot tub cover is ordered from these areas, then our customer service department will call you and quote a freight fee.
All damages have to be reported within 48 hours of delivery or we have no recourse with shipping company so please inspect as you receive your order. If the new cover is damaged we will have to pick it up to file a claim with the shipper, therefore in such situations please do not dispose of your old cover, while we repair/ replace your damaged one. If you receive a product that is damaged please do not accept it (sign for it) without marking the damage on the bill of landing.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to production, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. Sorry but this is a custom order, so once production begins we can not cancel your order. All sales are final. We don't accept returns on custom hot tub covers. If you receive a hot tub cover that is damaged, please do not accept it, marking the damages on on the bill of landing. If it is accepted NSR, then we have 48 hours to claim damage with shipping company so please contact us right away and take pictures.
Please also be aware that we can not ship to a Post Office Box without a proper street address. Please also provide a proper street address with your order to avoid any delays in receiving your order. We presently only ship by Canada Post for Post Office Box numbers.

You may return most new unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund less 20% restocking and handling fee. All returned and unopened items have to be returned freight prepaid with a proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Without a proper RGA number we can not track the returned item and refund you. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and we request the item returned. A RGA number still has to be requested to allow us to track and provide you with a prepaid return label.
We cannot accept returns from these product categories
All warranty items are to be returned to our Distribution Centre freight prepaid with a proper RMA number. If the item is deemed to be defective and a warranty item, Canada Hot Tub Parts will reimburse the customer "company" freight rate to the consumer or an applied credit will be issued to customers account for future purchases. All items shipped back without a proper RMA number will be refused at the warehouse and returned to you as they can not be tracked in our system. Any items shipped back to the Alberta or BC fulfilment centre will be refused as they do not accept returns. If you have any questions you can contact us before returning an item.
Product Damaged During Shipping
It is unfortunate but sometimes product arrives damaged through shipping. While it is out of our control we understand the frustration. All products/packages leave our distribution centre undamaged. If product arrives damaged, you must note it with the driver in writing on the bill of landing/receipt that you sign. Failure to do so will nullify the shipping insurance. To properly document damage, please take pictures and details and then email us.
Refunds
All refunds are processed after the product is received at our warehouse and the return dept approves it. Once approved an email is sent to the email address that you registered with. You should see the credit on your payment method within 7-14 days after it is approved. If you do not then please check with your financial institution.
How to Request a RMA Number ?
When you registered on the site you created an account. If you register as a Guest then you will have no access to return an item. It is always recommended to register on the site.Through the account that you create there is a function to request a RMA Return number. Once this is done through your account with the reason for the return we will either approve, deny or ask for more information. Once approved a RMA number is sent to you. Hot tub is working like new, again. Very quiet pump.
These pumps do not last, on my 4th. Some only lasted a few months some a couple of years. They are way too expensive to have such a high failure rate. I would seek alternatives.
3rd pump I've put in my HT in the last year. First one was faulty from the very beginning, 2nd one lasted less than 10 months. I'm not confident that the current one will last any longer.
The Laing E14 was installed in my Hot Tub from the factory and that initial pump lasted about a year, the 2nd one lasted a couple of years the 3rd one around 2 or 3 years. I've literally lost count on how many of these I've gone through. I've spent thousands of dollars on these pumps and they continue to fail. For anyone suggesting that this may be a result of incorrect installation or water chemistry, all I can say is that neither of the 2 primary pumps have failed, I check my water regularly, and the first 3 pumps were either factory installed or replaced by professionals from the HT manufacture.
Good news is that CHTP did replace the last 2 under warranty. So kudos to them.
If it fails again I'm not sure what I'm going to do.
First Pump I received had a problem, it would intermittently stop working. The good folks at Canada Hot Tub Parts, provided an RMA and after the prerequisite validation process a refund was issued. However for $499 plus tax for such a small pump I would expect that the pump would have at least worked, and I would have avoided the need to drain my HT again. Honestly I struggle to understand why this pump is so expensive. Also the original pump I received was labelled as Open Box, with no manual. The 2nd had a manual and no such label and it worked.
While my experience with CHTP was all positive and their communication was very good, I'm a bit disappointed that I originally received an Open Box item when it was not mentioned during purchasing. Shipping was very fast. If not for the responsiveness and quick shipping of CHTP, this item would receive 3 stars. Thanks CHTP
