The Balboa BP100G2 is factory configured for 240V applications. It can be configured for 120V applications which makes it a great replacement for 120V Plug & Play Hot Tubs. Retrofit Systems should always be installed by a qualified person or tech. Please click for BP100 Techical Manual .
* Balboa BP7 requires a minimum flow rate of 23 gallons per minute to activate flow switches and for the heater to work. It is the installers responsiblity to confirm that the plumbing meets this requirements. Canada Hot Tub Parts recommends that a qualified hot tub service technician perform installation.
Balboa BP Series power packs and bundles come with a twelve (12) month limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, which only covers defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is void if any of the parts are altered or improperly installed, exposed to water, or subjected to electrical power surges. Warranty does not cover any labour costs incurred. Balboa Water Systems has the final determination of whether a warranty is applicable.
